At Golly Gumdrops we use Eway, Australia’s Award Winning Payment Gateway. It is a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept Credit Card payments by Mastercard or Visa Card.
Paypal is also available for those customers who prefer to pay this way.
We are also more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods we will require payment to be cleared before goods are sent.

Deposit: Pay a minimum deposit of 25% of your order total now and we'll hold your items for up to 8 weeks.
Your balance must be paid within within 8 weeks or the order will be cancelled and a fee may apply. Cancellation fees may be up to 25% on sale items or end of season stock.

Delivery At Golly Gumdrops - we value our customers and strive for excellence in service, so we aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day after payment is received.
Shipping Method
Our shipping is now linked to Australia Post which means you have more choice when it comes to shipping your parcel, Express Post, Registered Post, Air Mail or Registered Air Mail (should it be going overseas), it is your choice! When at the checkout you will be presented with these options and advised of the different fees.
Whether you choose Express Post or Registered Post your order will be able to be tracked.
Orders shipped via Express Post may be received the next business day, provided your address is within the next day delivery area. However, we cannot guarantee delivery time.
Gift Wrapping At Golly Gumdrops - we can wrap and dispatch gifts directly to your recipient on your behalf. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is noted on your order.
We can add a personalised gift tag at no extra charge. OR You can have your purchase beautifully gift wrapped for just $2.50 (includes box or premium gift wrap, ribbon and gift tag).
Please include the message that you would like on the gift card in the checkout comments.
Privacy At Golly Gumdrops, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of special offers.
Return & Exchange Policy At Golly Gumdrops all items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. Although our products are of high quality and workmanship, in the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Golly Gumdrops will happily exchange, refund or issue you with a credit note.
Should you decide that your gift is unsuitable due to it being the wrong size, colour etc. we will happily exchange the item for something more suitable.
All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.
Please contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note. The exchange process must be arranged within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase.
Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value and delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable (unless at our discretion).
Item Out of Stock Should you wish to purchase an item that is appearing as Out of Stock please contact us either by phone, email or fax and we will do our utmost to try to fulfil your wishes.

Opening Hours You can shop online 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. General business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru to Friday however emails and phone calls are checked and responded to regularly outside of office hours.
