At Golly Gumdrops we value our customers and strive for excellence in service, so we aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day after payment is received.

One exception to this are products made by Trolley Monster as these may take up to two weeks for delivery depending on production and in most cases will be delivered direct to you from the manufacturer. However, the majority of Trolley Monster items will be received within a shorter time frame.
If your parcel is sent via courier it will be assigned a unique identification number, delivered to your door and you will be required to sign for the parcel when it arrives.
There are several options at checkout for postage/shipping. If you select Australia Post Regular Parcel Post, please understand that there is no insurance or tracking and so Golly Gumdrops cannot take responsibilty for items going missing.
If your parcel is sent via Express Post it will also be assigned an identifcation number to enable tracking. All orders should be delivered the next business day, provided your address is within the next day delivery area.
Loss or damage is very rare via delivery, when it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it “return to sender” or take them to your nearest post office.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Golly Gumdrops all items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. Although our products are of high quality and workmanship, in the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Golly Gumdrops will happily exchange, refund or issue you with a credit note.
Should you decide that your gift is unsuitable due to it being the wrong size, colour etc. we will happily exchange the item for something more suitable.
All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.
Please contact us promptly via email, phone or fax within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note. The exchange process must be arranged within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase.
Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value and delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable (unless at our discretion).
